Zacchaeus Climbs a Tree

Jesus came to a town called Jericho. Lots of people came to see him. Hooray, Jesus is here!

A man named Zacchaeus wanted to see Jesus too. But Zacchaeus was short, and the crowd was tall. He couldn't see!

So Zacchaeus ran ahead and climbed up a tree. Climb, climb, climb! Now he could see.

Jesus stopped right under the tree. He looked up and called Zacchaeus by name. Jesus wanted to come to his house!

Down came Zacchaeus, so happy. He had taken too much money from people. Now he was sorry, and he promised to give it all back, and even more.

Jesus loves everyone, and he always comes looking for us. God loves you!
