Jesus was in a house, telling people about God. The house was so full! No room to get in!
Four friends came carrying a man on a mat. The man could not walk. How could they get him to Jesus?
Up, up, up they climbed onto the flat roof. Dig, dig, dig! They made a hole. Then down, down, down they let their friend go on his mat, right in front of Jesus.
Jesus saw how much they trusted him. Jesus forgave the man's sins. Then Jesus told him to get up and go home.
And he did! He stood up, picked up his mat, and walked out. Everyone praised God.
Jesus forgives us. Jesus loves you!
