The First Sin and God's Promise
Genesis 3:1–24
God made a beautiful garden for Adam and Eve. Birds sang. Rivers splashed. Yummy fruit grew on every tree.
God gave them one rule: Don't eat from that one tree.
But a sneaky snake told a lie, and Adam and Eve ate the fruit. They made a bad choice, and they felt sad and hid.
God came looking for them. God still loved them. God made them warm clothes, and God made a promise: One day I will send Someone to fix everything.
That Someone is Jesus! God always keeps his promises. God loves you, even when you make a bad choice.
